That was the most extreme and fun day in my life. We done a extreme Paragliding ride and jumping into freezing cold water.

Taking a Paragliding ride will cost you around 90 Euros/ 95 USD. It 100% worth it. We totally enjoy it. My legs shaking, so much i was afraid. But when you just jump you feel free like a bird. The ride past quite fast but don't worry you gonna enjoy the view to Cape Town and the Beach.

After our flight we went to Camps Bay, where we had our lunch at the Hard Rock Cafe. We enjoy a sea food and vegetarian dish what was very delicious.

At Camps Bay there is a ocean pool. The pool water is from the ocean and not so cold as the Atlantic Ocean. Be prepared when you jump into the water, because the water is frizzing cold. I'm not joking.

If you are not used to stay long inside the sun bring enough sun cream and drink enough water. Otherwise you will get a Sun head as i got it.
